The English charity World Swim for Malaria Foundation (WSM) is organising a global fundraising swim from which 100% of the money raised buys mosquito nets.

Vestergaard Frandsen has joined WSM as a partner by contributing £50,000 and also supplying PermaNet® long lasting mosquito nets. Other partners include Speedo, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Microsoft.

WSM is a global grassroots swimming initiative aiming at making a million people swim for malaria. The event is scheduled to be held on December 3, 2005.
